Athira P Sajeesh is a faculty member in the Department of Journalism. She is a UGC NET qualified Mass Communication and Journalism Post Graduate.

She started her career as a reporter with Reporter Channel, Ernakulam, in 2014 and also worked for Big news online news portal. She started her teaching journey in 2015 at LISSAH College, Calicut and has 7 years of experience in teaching in various institutions (St. Aloysius College, Elthuruth & St. Alberts College, Ernakulam). She has completed her post-graduation from MG University, and under-graduation from Sree Kerala Varma College Thrissur.
